HYDROPHILIC MEMBRANES

Hydrophilic membranes series PERVAP™ 410x

DeltaMem’s PERVAP™ polymeric membranes for dehydration and methanol removal contain an active polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) separation layer. The separation layer is cross linked in different ways to produce a range of hydrophilic membranes suitable for different pervaporation and vapour permeation applications.

PERVAP™ 4100

Standard membrane developed for most dehydration of volatile organic mixtures.

PERVAP™ 4100-HF

A modification of the standard membrane 4100 with improved flux.

PERVAP™ 4101

Highly cross-linked membrane developed for dehydration of reactions mixtures, up to 50% w/w water.

PERVAP™ 4102

Modified and highly cross-linked membrane for dehydration of volatile organic mixtures containing amines up to 500ppm.

Recommended operating conditions

For PERVAP™ 4100, 4101 and 4102 the maximum short term operating temperature is 107°C. The maximum long term operating temperature is 105°C.
